Server Merge Announcement
Greetings!
To provide a more active gaming environment and facilitate more interactions among racers across the globe, we will merge the servers in the following divisions at 9:00 (UTC+9) on December 22, 2023: Asia, Japan, Korea, Europe, and North America.
During this period, these servers will be down for maintenance, which is estimated to take around 4 hours. The exact reopening time may vary, so please stay tuned.
Server Merge Rules
1. Login and Top-Up
After the server merge, there will be no change to player accounts/characters or login/top-up methods. Players can still log in via their original server channels and will be directed to the merged server after logging in.
2. Data Synchronization
After the server merge, the server data of the following divisions will be synced: Asia, Japan, Korea, Europe, and North America. Players will share the same leaderboards and can start matchmaking, adding friends, or entering the same Club.
3. Identical Names
After the server merge, if there are identical character names, the system will automatically add a suffix and grant the player a Rename Card.
*The duplicate name that was registered first will remain unchanged.
4. Character ID and Club ID Conflict
For conflicts in Character and Club IDs, IDs from the Asia server will remain unchanged. IDs from other servers will be altered with digits added to existing IDs.
5. Garage
Garage Numbers from the Asia server will remain unchanged. Garage Numbers from other servers will be altered with digits added to the existing IDs.
6. Leaderboards
After the server merge, all score-related leaderboards will be reset.
Players can get listed on the leaderboards, with ranks and modifications, after logging into the game again.
7. Replay
After the server merge, all gameplay videos stored on any server will be cleared.
Server Merge Compensation
We apologize for any inconvenience caused while the server is down for maintenance.
After the maintenance, all racers will receive the following compensation: a Voucher x10, Phantasm Raffle Ticket x10, Universal Parts x20, Gold x500,000.
